when i deal with ppl or work on sth i mainly seek RESPECT & TRUST ,...i can leave anyth if i miss one of them..... ANYTH..... & i actually did b4 .
it really bothers me to be underestimated just coz of my gender,size or age.....coz here i feel that it's a narrow vision from others & that their mentalities r defected somehow.....so i dnt put it in consideration that much if it happens!!!
but i really wondered 2day y some old ppl (& i dnt mean so old ) have the tendency to underestimate the younger's time & effort ,.....i was really driven mad by the Dr. coz he didn't take us seriously ,....he didn't appreciate that we spent time & effort to prepare sth ,...he didn't respect that we really worked & we were not messing up ,....he cancelled evth just like that....JUST LIKE THAT.... & surely without saying sorry or even showing appreciation.....!!!!
i never seek words of appreciation or any kind of reward,.....& it never has been an objective for me ,....i really REALLY didn't want anyth 2day except to be taken SERIOUSLY .....!!!

i know that it wasn't meant to be that way,....& i know that it's the tradition in our faculty to b in a hurry all the time ,...they always discover that time is not enough,...No,..they always say 1 phrase (e7na met2a7'aren,...el wa2t daya2) since day zero in the term....!!!!!
anyway i had the feeling that sth wrong is gonna happen 2day,....but i felt it would be about me ....!!!
but when it comes to underestimation like that it can't pass without getting bothered....!!!
imagine that the deal had been with another person,....another dr , an older person or whatever ,....it wouldn't have gone that way ,... a previous mail of apology or words of appreciation would have been said to show respect just coz he is old .....!!!!
some ppl dnt get that being young doesn't mean that my time & effort is nth ....!!
i just hate not to b taken seriously from anyb.....!!!!

the old generation always underestimate the young generation which looks 2 the old as retarded

u know,...it's true,..a matter of mutual respect....!!
but when the young disrespect the old evbody feel bad about it,....but when the old underestimates disrespect the young ,....some ppl excuse the old & give'm the right to do so......just coz he's older....!!!
